Cancellation and refund policy

When a contribution can be cancelled and how refunds are made.
Before you pay
You may cancel a contribution at any time before you have paid. Its reserved place in the deal is released.
After you pay
A confirmed contribution cannot be cancelled by you. If your payment cannot be accepted, for example because the deal is already fully funded or the amount is wrong, the funding company refunds it.
If a deal is cancelled
If a deal does not proceed, every confirmed contribution is refunded in full by the funding company.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are always returned to the bank account the payment came from. The refund and its bank reference appear in your activity.
